What about children's privacy?
Privacy matters. But kids learn social rules by being guided by adults — in the schoolyard and online. HejChatten lets you quietly "look over their shoulder" while they learn to navigate digital life. And when you as parents feel comfortable, you can dial down your insight and dial up their privacy.
Are there ads?
No. No ads, no algorithms, no hidden tracking, and no data sales.
What about GDPR?
HejChatten uses European servers and complies with GDPR. You own the data shared in your class, and you can delete it permanently at any time. We don’t keep anything when you say stop.
Can strangers get in?
No. Only parents with the class invitation code can create an account for their child. The class can’t be found from the outside, and every new member is approved by an adult. It’s a closed community – just for your children.
Is HejChatten a social media?
No. It’s not about likes or followers, and kids can’t go viral. It’s a digital community only for your class.
How much does it cost?
HejChatten is free - enjoy.
